Service Availability

Internet service is subject to coverage, line-of-sight, signal quality, equipment availability, and a completed site survey. Published speeds are best-effort maximums and may vary by location, network conditions, Wi-Fi equipment, and customer device performance.

Billing

Residential service is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due by the date shown on the customer account or invoice. Service may be suspended for non-payment after notice.

Installation and Equipment

Wavestream Communication may provide, install, or configure outdoor radios, routers, cabling, and related equipment. Customer-owned and provider-owned equipment terms may vary by plan or agreement. Customers should not relocate or modify installed outdoor equipment without approval.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, network abuse, spam, attacks, unauthorized scanning, copyright infringement, or activity that disrupts service for other customers. Wavestream may apply reasonable network management to protect service quality.

Support

Support is provided through phone, WhatsApp, email, and the customer portal. Some issues inside the customer premises, such as personal device problems or third-party Wi-Fi equipment, may require additional troubleshooting or service fees.

Changes

Plans, prices, policies, and coverage may change. Active customers will be notified of material changes where required.
